UNAUTHERIZED DEBIT ORDER

Mid June 2013 my pvr decoder stopped working. For time being I used my older decoder.
On 19 June 2013 I took my broken one to Multichoice branch in Potch. There a Hannes guy helped me a said that there might be a power supply problem..He explained that that my decoder will be replaced for free and that I should call them within 7days to hear if my decoder has arrived. Our subscription is linked to a "parent account" under my wife's aunt whom is employed by Beeld newspaper. On 26 June I receive a call from her wanting to know why her debit order was R503 more than normal. I phoned in to customer care whom could not really sort out the problem. I then went to the branch/Radio sonic to query what has happened. To start off, Hannes checked my decoder for free exchange and said it shouldn't be a problem. NEVER was R503 even mentioned. He gave me a Swap service order form which I had to sign and even on there it said R0 . NO QUOTE!! NO INFORMING ABOUT THE PAYMENT!! NOT EVEN A INVOICE??? NOT ACCEPTABLE!!?? Then RUDE Incompetent JANET blames it on then fact that Hannes is still learning and new. Is that my problem?? SHE sat, watching TV instead of supervising HIM! Refund asap!!
