I paid my account on 23.06.2013 R290.00, 0.On 24.06 received SMS that my account has been suspended I then called to find out why, I spoke to Phindile who advised that the payment only reflected on 23.06 because I paid at checkers, had I paid at pep/pnp/spar the payment was going to reflect after 15 min. I asked to speaker to Line manager instead she hunged up on me, called again with the same request and i was put on hold for a long Time. What i dont understand is why as a customer am i being impacted by arrangement made between checkers and multichoice. They never cared to inform us not to pay at checkers. I have paid R50.00 i want a refund on That.
