Poor service and attitude from Sun International

Hi

I booked a month ago for the weekend with my entire family.

On my arrival, got surprise of my life, Got served by Scelo who was rootless and has no customer manners whatsoever. Instead of talking nice to me as a customer, Scelo was using F... word infront of my family and other customers.

I wanted to escalate the complaint, told me that he is the supervisor, I must speak to him for any complaints and there is no one who is above him for escalation o the complaints.

Told me go home or take the wrong booking... that is what he offered me.

Is this the servi e our visitors will get in our country
