BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMNT

I made a booking for our family for the 17th up until the 20th of January 2013 for the weekend. The booking was confirmed (via e mail and telephonically) and the payment arangements was also set into place. We payed the deposit like we were informed to and decided to pay the remaining on arrival. Upon our arrival i was told that we were booked for the 18th up until the 20th of January. Our budget was worked out accordingly to the outstanding ammount that was payable. I told the gentlemen that assisted me there is no way we can go back home all the way because we already there. it all came down to the point wher we had to cough up R2000 and something extra just for an the day they didnt include. what if we didnt have the money with us? why didnt they pay attention to a simple instruction? Ive got all the mails that was sent for the booking including the call that was made on the date that i made the booking stating it should be from the 17th up until the 20th. the only thing they could do is let us stay a few hours later the day we had to book out. do they really think that makes up for bad customer service? What bothers me the most is that they dont treat all the visitors equally!
