Olifants River Lodge
This is what I call Customer Service

My husband and I are out from the UK and wanted to find a place which would be our kind of Goodbye treat for our family that we are visiting. We booked into the Olifants River Lodge and found that everything seemed to be going against us from the start... we decided that we would rather book out and go home but a lady named Cornelia stepped in and tried to sort out all the problems we had encountered. We explained why we were there and the purpose of our visit. She left us for a moment and when we were at the booking office to hand in our keys we were informed that accomodation of our whole family had been organized for the following weekend at no cost to us... now we did not expect this but... this is customer service. Talk about going the extra mile. The lodge is beautiful and we know that we are going to have an awesome weekend with our family before we fly off next week Friday. Thank you to the staff at the lodge and especially to Cornelia.
