Romans Pizza
POOR PERFORMANCE AND BAD ATTITUDE

I'm surprised that you would allow someone with that attitude to work for the company! I'm a regular customer and would expect nothing but perfect service from Romans Pizza, as I was getting it in the past. I never had any complaints about the store or the staff. Unfortunately since Melody Hensberg started working there, its different. There's actually lots of complaints about how she treat the customers and how she treat her staff in front of the customers. She has no customer service knowledge whatsoever. So if you really want to keep your customers I would like to advice you to get rid of her. She is of no use for this franchise. Her pretty face won't let your customers return, which will mean in the long run it's going to cost you.
