Slip & Trip as lights not put on in Cinema

On 9 February 2012 went to watch a movie, after it had finished waited till credits were finished as the lights had still not come on - ended up being last one seated in cinema - had no option, had to leave as cleaning staff came into clean - the lights at this point were still not on - made my way to end of the row - then proceeded to go down the stairs holding onto the sidewall banister as couldn't see. As the steps are spaced differently (one long one short) I fell spaining my ankle, connecting both knee joints on the metal edge of the stairs and fracturing a toe, resulted in me having to go for knee surgery / no incident report was filed or done - the proper procedures that should have been taken weren't done, on request to assist with medical costs - they declined to assist - had to now take this legal - worst a supervisor knew and was there when it happened but will not come forward.
