In February 2012 I fell in the Cinema due to the fact that the light were not put on after the movie had finished. some of the staff saw me fall and rushed to advise that this had happened and that the lights were not yet on -they also came to help me up as I could not stand due tot he fact that I had twisted my ankle and hurt both my knees as well as I later found out broke my toe. The manager on duty came to see me and advised that she did not have the forms to log it and that she would do so as soon as she went back to the office - took my name and number wrote it in a book and promised to contact me the next day. since then I have had to have surgery on my knee - I had been in constant contact with them through out advising them of everything via e-mail they promised to forward the information to head office - to date I have still not had any communication from them and it has been discovered that the fall has left me with no more cartilage in my knee so every day I live in pain and I can't believe that they care so little - I even sent a letter through a lawyer - and still no one has phoned to ask me how I am. some customer service.
