Ster-Kinekor
Worst cinema, Worst service

We are going to the movies quite a lot and every time we get to Ster-Kinekor Kollonade they are out of stock on something.
About 3 months ago, 3 weeks in a row there was no Coke Zero available and for the past 2 weeks there is no sweets available.
Tonight our movie cinema was a disaster. When we walked in there was people standing around on the stairs and nobody knew where to sit, which I don't understand as you do get a ticket with your seat number on.
When we got to our seats it was occupied and we asked the people if they can move as they are sitting in the wrong seats. The reply was no they will not move because someone else was sitting in there seats.
I went outside to call one of the staff members and explained to the lady who was checking the tickets the situation. Her answer was she can not do anything about it. I told her the best option is to stop the movie and put the lights on so that we all can get to our seats but she said it's not her problem. Then one of the other staff members helped us and went to the people who was sitting on our seats to explain to them they need to move. Needles to say they moved eventually and we mist the fist quarter of the movie!!
