Very Bad Service

I have had nothing but bad service and been given the runaround by these people for the last 3 days. They replaced the receiver on my dish and my DSTV signal is still non-existent. I have called them countless times to come back and have been given one excuse after another and when they have made an arrangement to come back, they have just not pitched.
I have now had to resort to getting a different supplier to sort the problem out, and have had to pay twice! Disgusted with this service and sorry excuses! The fact that they are a company who don't respond doesn't surprise me, since they have responded to any of my calls or messages.
