Being charged dubble the amount

After having my decoder (Xtraview) fixed, I phoned multichoice call centre the Sunday afternoon to have my activate the Xtraview again. Do me a favour, please trace that call and listen to it yourself.
The more I tried to tell the lady to activate my Xtraview, the more she told me that xtraview is not activated on my service. That went on for a while, me trying to tell her to ACTIVATE the xtraview. She then told me to go to the primary decoder, which is PVR, and with all the buttons she told to me to press on the remote, manage to lock the remote. She then had to put me on hold to ask for assistance to unlock the remote. She also started getting irritated. I was stunned at her incompetence, I just said goodbye and hung up the phone. Thinking that I try again later.
Then, on Thursday afternoon, the debit order went of for Multichoice. R1380.
Not only could the lady NOT help me, she decided to then just load two decoders on my account and not the xtraview. I went to check what is going on on my account, just to see that the amount on the statement is R740 but Multochoice had taken R1380 off my account, no explanations nothing.
I am still awaiting any response form Multichoice
