To whom it may concern.

When we moved into our new home we realised that the Dish/LNB did not support our PVR decoder. We would only receive certain channels. Thus we bought a single view decoder.
Once plugged in I contacted Multichoice and requested that: they should PAIR our smartcard with the new decoder (I supplied smartcard number) I was told they can't get it paired and I should insert and supply the smartcard number that came with the new single view device. This was however successful and I though nothing more of it. HOWEVER, when I eventually had a look at my bank statements the debit orders made no sense. On the 11 March I phoned accounts and spoke to Mandisa Mtyale. I was told that we have 2 active accounts on our name. I was promised this would be credited or paid back into my account. I was promised a confirmation email that I never received and account got debited again?! On April 16th I phoned accounts again having to explain the entire story again to Siobhan Peters. Again no promised mail. I made another call on 17th April..nothing on system!?!? But I was told they would listen to recordings and investigate. I was told /- 7 days..its now 2 weeks later.
