Multichoice fails again

I wanted to cancel my subscription as I am moving to a place which has dual view and we will split the cost. So I called the call center 2 weeks before my next billing to cancel on the 31st which the operator noted and assured me it would be [URL Removed] June- wham! R585 is deducted from my account? This is so ridiculous, as I asked the operator twice Is It Done, you won't deduct next month? No sir, it is all fine. Well, I tried calling, they put you on hold, so I emailed them directly this morning, no one called me back... so now I have to resort to this, as it seems it's the only way to handle anything!! If you don't pay they are quick to cut your service but when the shoe is on the other foot they drag their heels and you get no joy. Just because you run a monopoly, doesn't mean you act like an!!!
