Worst service, ever! all i wanted was a call back!

Multichoice has cancelled my extra view on 22/02/13, prior to this i did cancel it once and reactivated it again and has been working fine until the 22nd. Its really dissapointing that everytime you call the you have to hold on for such a long time until you get to a consultant and when you do get through they either dont know what they talking about or the problem doesnt get resolved, together with this it probably costs like R100 airtime to keep calling. i spoke to a consultant today who was very unhelpful, i called him from my work number because of my previous point that i raised, he was unable to tell me why it was cancelled in the 1st place, he said i have to call from home and i said no why cant someone call me this eveing to resolve the matter because it is not my fault the extra isnt working and besides it always costs me to call in. this service has been very disppointing, im a supervisor in a call center at standard bank and we take customer service very seriously, if a customer needs to be called back we do it to ensure the relationship and service is maintained. all i wanted is for a consukltant to call me after working hours to resolve and reconnect my extra view.
