I have moved from Pretoria to Heidelberg over the weekend. I have installed my TV and PVR on Saturday which was all working 100%.
Yesterday night I realised that my scheduled recordings are not working and started investigating what has changed. Then I realised my Box Office, DSTV on Demand is not working. My information bar has also just two rows instead of three and services are limited.
After work tonight I thought let me phone and hear what seems to be the problem. I was online with a lady for 40 MINUTES and 15 seconds, after disconnecting the decoder numerous times, swapped the cables and did everything possible, (maybe after she realised she cant help me) I was transferred to Box Office department where I had to start all over again, identifying myself and had to start over. Also a question, why should I spend 40 minutes worth of airtime if it isn't even my fault??? This is unacceptable as having a premium package is very expensive!
Tried to phone again to find out where I can lay a formal complaint as I gave up also for holding on too long.
I am really not happy and feel that this needs to be sorted.
