I used to be an employee at Multichoice and I left sometime in December 2011 I asked for my account to be closed until further notice. It turns out that my account was not closed and it's been active all along, to make things worse it's been flagged as.
Apparently some employee called Dumisani Ntsitha did change ownership and there's been movement on my account.
I called countless times got sms references saying that someone was going to call me back but till now nothing, apparently my balance is close to between R4000 and R6000 and the last time I checked Multichoice is pay per view I don't get how it gets to that much without being disconnected.
I understand as well that before I left there was a balance however I am not willing to pay all that money for something that's not my fault. I worked for and good 2 to 3 years and was the best time of my life, I always heard customers complain I just didn't anticipate this happening to me as well. The least I ask for is someone to email me or call me to acknowledge that they have received my complain and tell me how much I need to pay moving forward and what I need to do so that I can be removed from ITC
