Have a Lodge Business that uses DSTV, the monthly bill is around R 8000 . I receive an invoice and pay immediately. In april my services were cut with no warning or notification and i apparently owed an amount of R6000, you should see the statement sent, absolute rubbish. But being fully booked i paid this amount.
Now 2 months later, my services are cut again saying i owe R9000, whenever i ask how as i pay according to the amounts they invoice me, it is always said to be a balance from last year. And as a loyal customer for over 6 years, no phonecall, email, sms to say hi, there is a problem with the account . it jus gets cut and i have to deal with a lodge full of people demanding refunds. This is costing me 10's of thousands everytime it happens. Unacceptable. They then tell me that i am paying invoices incorrectly, cos apparently paying the amount on the invoice is wrong because of some forward billing . so as i customer i must dream that i somehow owe more than what multichoice themselves are invoicing me. Where did they hire their financial director from? i now apparently owe 9k arrears. Wow! Rob customers because we have no choice, Top company!
