On August 2012, i send a mail to Woolworths that i want to close my account, i received a confirmation that they received my mail and will forward it to the rigt department, but the account still stayed open and every month there is cost on the account, on the 9th December i visited the branch in Ladybrand and asked them that the account must closed, they call the call centre, they refuse to close the account i must paid the outstanding balance, all the call centre inform me that i must sort it out with Woolworths, on the 16 December i visit the branch in Zeerust with the same request that the account must be closed, i paid the outstanding balance, so that the account must be closed, the branch call te Call Centre with the request, but January 2013, i still received a statement and still account has not been closed, how difficult could it be to understand what the word closed mean. Please act
