Mistakes made not my fault

Recreation & Entertainment

I have bought a new decoder to add to my Pvr existing account. I am also currently paying for my grandpa to have dstv available to them. The person I have spoken to at multichoice to activate the new decoder and to pair it with my pvr apparently thought that i wanted 2 pay for 2 premium subscribtions. I cannot understand how it could be my fault for not making sure that the on the other side understood that the new decoder had to be on the same subscription. I am now liable for 2 premium subscriptions in 1 household? I have phoned numerous times and again tonight had a problem with on demand not working. I have ran up my phone account with R150 just because of this problem and each time i phone I am assured that the problem will be looked into but to no avail.
