I need to praise Jacques for his service on Saturday 1st June. I recently went to the ERM branch to watch a movie with my children. We booked the movies on line to save time. Getting to the beverage area, we had to stand in a queue as there weren't enough staff to serve us. The result of this was that we missed the beginning of the movie. Saturday past however, I took my 2 children and neice to the Eastgate to watch Escape from Planet Earth. We were early and bought out beverage and went to sit and wait in the cinema for the movie to start. The kids had a lot of requests and I had to run in and out to get what they wanted. On my 2nd trip outside, I was greeted very friendly by a staff member named Jacques asking if all were in order. What a pleasant experience!!! Although there was nothing he could do, he took the time to ask. I enquired about his position and he said that he was the newly appointed manager. Now this is what I expect from a manager, being there for his customers and whating to help. Well done with this appointment, and maybe you want to appoint someone similar at ERM. WELL DONE JACQUES AND YOU WILL SEE ME AGAIN
