Lack of response, and lack of service

I booked 2 movie tickets on the ster Kinekor website last night. This morning, I tried to get hold of Ster Kinor ticketline on 08216789 as per the number indicated on the website. The recording of "we are currently experiencing high call volumes..." continues for a while, regardless of what option I selected, and then I got cut off. On the 5th attempt I got hold of the call centre. I spoke to Unati, I told her that there was a problem with their call centre number, and I had tried 5 times. She apologised and said she would report it immediately. I explaoined I had bookd a ticket and needed to change it. She then took my reference number and said she would help me. After a while she said the system was very slow and the page wasnt opening. Then she asked me for my credit card details, as she would cancel the booking, and refund, and do a new booking for me. Well I gave her that too, then a few minutes later she says that she will call me back when the page opens, she took my phone number, and that was almost 45 minutes ago. You can't possibly tell me that it takes 45 minutes for your system to open a booking page not to mention she has my credit card details!!!
