No respond since last night

Good day!
I have sent an email out last night about my DSTV not working until now I haven't received any respond, I called last night And some arrogant Collen just transferred my call without even telling me that his transferring my call after I expalined to him my problem, I had to start all over again and explain to another consaltant and that cost money because I'm using my cellfone. I'm not Happy with their service. We seating here with a TV that has no sound and there's no one 2 help us.
