Good bye Top TV - Hello DSTV

My statement says I am current and the due date is 1/10/2013. I paid earlier today (as I always do), yet my service is blocked on the one night we have something to see. The call centre is dysfunctional, so tough for me - no TV. I will have TV tomorrow night and it will not be Top? TV. In 2012 you called me and talked me into "coming back". Why?
