After having to wait on the phone for 15 minutes before my call was picked up, I must say Multichoice has the ability of just people off. For the amount of money we are paying for service, you wonder why Multichoice is not hiring staff!!! People are looking for jobs, the least you can do is HIRE people to take calls. Its really annoying!!! This morning I phoned and spoke to Sthembiso Myewika or something along those lines, he told me that my request was done, I recently moved from one province to another. I made a noble thing and phoned when I moved, disconnected my services and promised to phone when I have moved and settled, which is what I did. Lawd!!! Frolm changing address to reconnecting, it has been such a nightmare. When I phoned for the third time in just one day, another Sibusiso answers and tells me my services were disconnected cause it was unpaid. Really? Don't you have a system where one can make a note and the next person is able to see the note and give proper and correct info???
