To whom it may concern,

On 22 May my service was suspended due to your lack of communication to ME! When I contacted their service centre at 20H05 on 22/5/13 ref# 132439008 I was informed that my smartcard need to be updated... I'm a contractor with very little free time on my hands, hence it will be some time before my family will be able to enjoy DSTV. Their agent also informed me that the account holder will have to rectify the matter personally... Their agent told me there were on screen messages regarding this matter, I feel that they could've contacted me personally via email, sms or post! I am a registered user on their website with details still current.

My personal use of the service is approx 15 minutes before sleep time...

It is totally unjust for DSTV to suspend the service without prior communication regarding this matter to the account holder!
