Ster Kinekor a waste of time complaining

On 21 st January and again in March I posted complaints about the Cinema Nouveau Met Opera screening times. The response to the first one was that they would shortly inform me of new showing times. We are now at the e3nd of the season, and Kinekor has not bothered. I must admit that this is no more than expected, as past experience has shown a no care dismissive patronising attitude.
As a result I shall seek other means of accessing movies, will write to the Metropolitan Opera to express my disgust at their chosen screening partners, and general do all I can to discourage my friends from supporting this self-congratulatory self-serving organisation that doesn't give a about their customers. When I close my eyes it is remarkably like dealing with the Government...
