Still waiting for complaints dept to return call

On Saturday after 2 hours on the phone to various people from Multichoice my accounts that had been cancelled were eventually re-activated, and I was told that the matter (LONG STORY) would be escalated and that someone from Multichopice would contact me within 48 hours regarding my complaint... We'll today is Tuesday (96hrs later), and I have not had a call. I have a bunch of issues that need to sorted out, and I am being told that I need to send an email to their [Email Removed] - I am loathed to do this as I have already spent/wasted and entire month emailing a certain someone at [Email Removed] who completely ignored everything that I asked for and after saying that everything would be done by 1 May, had done absolutely nothing that I had asked for.
