IMPOSSIBLE CORRESPONDENCE

I am currently banking with FNB South Africa and Zambia and I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a personal loan approved from FNB South Africa!!!

Currently i am outside of South Africa which makes it impossible for me to contact FNB personal loan dept through the usual number, and if asked for a different number they just completely useless.

other than that I have been sending all the required documentation to [Email Removed] and all i get when i phone (I am doing this through a conference call) is that they still haven't received anything, i have also tried emailing [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] ( to call center people) with absolutely no response!!!

I have tried my personal email account and my work email account i absolutely get no joy from either!! there is no indication that the emails are bouncing back!!!

I this the kind of service one is to be satisfied with??
