REQUEST FOR REVERSAL OF PAYMENT

I incorrectly paid R7000.00 instead of R700.00 (being more than my instalment amount). I have contacted the call centre and have spoken to at least five people. I was given an email address of who I should send my request, ID, proof of banking details and proof of my payment. They told me it would take 24hours. After 24 hours I phoned and after eventually trying for two hours got through and someone else told me it takes 48 hours. (Original request - email sent on 29/10). I phoned yesterday after 48 hours and the remittance department told me no, it now takes seven days!! I got the name of the person who I now needed to send my request to again (as I was told the original email address: [Email Removed] was incorrect. I sent an email to [Email Removed] and her supervisor, Diane Mitchell at [Email Removed] yesterday and have had no confirmation as yet. I have tried this morning since 9.00am until a few minutes again (11.14!!) and NOBODY answers the phones. I don't know what else to do, yes it was my fault initially but the answers that I have been getting are ridiculous. I told them I need it for my debit orders this morning. Not sure what else to do
