Appalled by the service of Big Concerts

I am appalled by the service of Big Concerts. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks about the disabled parking bays for the Justin Bieber comcert happening in Cape Town on Wednesday - I have a right leg prosthesis and can't do the "fan walk" to the stadium tomorrow night. I have been emailing and calling Big Concerts for weeks now and no one can help me with regards to getting a disabled parking pass for this concert. Is it really this difficult?

I'm very dissatisfied with this service. Not even one response to any email that I've sent on a daily basis.
