5th of November 2013 I sent e mail to Multichoice [Email Removed] asking them about insurance on my Extra View Decoder. Got automated response soon enough, but today 2 weeks later I still await feeback? Friday 15 November 2013 I phoned and asked manager of the Insurance Dept to phone me. I was eventually phoned 12h07 and as I was busy asked the person who phoned me to phone me back in 10 minutes. Im still waiting!!! I phoned the Insurance dept now but after 8 minutes on the line could not hold anymore. What is wrong with you Multichoice, 1st you dont even answer an e mail sent to you 2 weeks ago and then you dont phone me back after I requested call back. Pathetic service
