I have been fighting with Cell C now for 4 months, and with hardly any response. I was assisted initially but no changes were made.
For the month of July I have been charged over R 1000 and none of it makes sense. I have begged and pleaded with you guys to assist. Hanlie Schwulst has asked countless times for someone to assist me and no one has called back in the last 2 weeks. Why does it take a hello Peter complaint for you guys to response.

I received only a response from Sisa Flatela, and the problem has still not been sorted. In the last 8 months I have opened up 3 contracts with CELL C, please just give the service I deserve. I would like a response from each one of the people above. I am tired of fighting.
