Solid Letting run by Andre and an assitant named Suret introduced tenants to me and a formal lease was signed. TPN reports on tenants were carried out by Jennifer Anne Properties. The tenants paid a double depsit and the first months rent to Andre into the account of Precentu Properties. The first months rent was paid over to me. The second months rent, was paid by the tenants to Andre but not paid over. Andre is no longer available on his mobile phone and no response is received to emails.
The police will now be dealing with the matter.
