X4sale2u Properties owes me rent!

I own a property in Mooikloof Ridge Estate and in Sept 2013 wanted the services of an estate agency to manage my property. x4sale2u Properties responded quickly, they found a tenant for me, the tent moved in on 01 Oct 2013. The first payment of the rent x4sale2u Properties paid it late, according to our contract agreement. For November x4sale2u Properties paid on time. In December again there was a problem with rent payment but finally they paid. I cancelled my contract with them and requested that they inform the tenant. I visited the tenant and informed her of the situation she stated that she never informed and to date i have not received the January rent payment which the tenant paid to them. x4sale2u Properties keeps sending me SMS that they will pay me but nothing has happened. What is worrying is that they have the tenant's deposit.

This company makes promises it does not keep! I WANT MY MONEY, THE JANUARY PAYMENT AND THE TENANT'S DEPOSIT! AND I NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM!
