Poor Service and Very bad attitude

L have entered into a lease contract for rentals of the flat which was under repairs/ renovation.

I was promised that the flat will be at a good living environment by the time i move into the flat and every damage item will be fixed, we even had to do list of all items that needed to be fixed. Unfortunately not all items were fixed and when i reported those items, i was told that i can fix it myself at my cost of which im not an expert or have skills to fix and also if those items get damage worse, i will be responsible for the damages.

I pay the lease premium in advance, but they are failing to fix all damaged items. Their attitide on response sound like you have your prison, enjoy the stay as they will never fix anything reported which was never in good living environment.
