FAN REMOVED INSTEAD OF BEING REPAIRED

On the 1st of Dec 2012 I entered into a lease agreement with Sorrento properties to rent a flat. When me and the Property Agent (Santie) inspect the place, the was a number of defects on the property. The agent said I must make a list of the items that needs to be repaired and give the list to the care taker and I did exactly that.. The fan was one of the items that needed to be repaired. I called her a number of times regarding the toilet that was not working properly.

Finally she came on the 23rd of Feb to look at the toilet and she said I must leave my keys with the care taker they will come and repair the toilet. I left the key on Monday, when I got home in the evening I find out that the toilet has been repaired, so I thought because the problem started again. The fan was removed and replaced with a light.

I called Santie and ask her why did they removed the fan instead of repairing it and she said all the fans in Tramonto are going to be removed and replace with the lights. I asked her why wasn't there a notification about that because that was not the agreement when we sign the contracts. She said the flat is not mine meaning the owner can do whatever he want.
