OVERCHARGING ON PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS

We have since given Law Real Estate mandate to sell our property and find us a property to buy. Laura, the Principal, has failed to give us copies of our contract, and also failed to advise us that the property we are purchasing is a deceased estate which the Bank has an interdict against. This has caused a lot of inconvinience, and has resulted in us having to pay heavy interest penalties on the property.
She advised us on signing the contract that our proceeds of the sale will cover our costs for registering the Bond and Transfer cost. We are now being inundated with calls from Attorneys who seek us to pay them for their service rendered. The property has since been registered on the 26/03/2013 and now delay us in taking occupation by giving us the run-around.

This is very frustrating considering the fact that we had to pay a lot of money, close to R100000.00 in addition to our proceed of the sale; and now we have to pay back the finance company the loan we took to cover outstanding costs.
