Slow resolution to damaged goods

It has been 2 month since storage cube moved our possessions. Some items are badly damaged, and some had minor damage. After over 2 months of promises to get our items "fixed" (which I'm sure some cant be fixed), I have been promised that the items will be uplifted for assessment. Not only is it such a pain to have items that I have been unable to use, but now it seems that it will take even longer while the assessment and repairs are done. It was indicated that it took them 3 weeks to repair a table of someone else's, which tells me that I can expect similar delays. If anyone is planning on using storage cube, unless the items are virtually indestructible, then I guess you can expect going without them for a few months. I will sue them if my items are not uplifted by tomorrow, and returned as new by month end.
