Bad service and bad attitude

I would like to make everyone aware of what poor service Mr. Terry Sharp from pro prop offers to his clients once they have concluded the deal. My family and I rented out a property through Pro Prop Durban North. The lease went into my father in laws name as I was under debt review and was told that this was a problem at the time, even though we found out someone else in the complex was under debt review and they managed to get a lease no problem. From day 1 when we went to look at the property Terry did not even have the decency to meet us at the property to let us view it. As a real estate agent myself this is not the way business is done. Since moving into the property Terry never kept to most of his promises when it came to getting items fixed that were spoken about prior to my family moving in. We had to ask numerous times for items on our defects list which I had to supply as he could not even supply us with one himself. Every time we had to speak with Terry about certain issues his whole attitude stinks. He even had the cheek to tell me if I don't like it move out. Terry's attitude towards myself was unacceptable and I strongly suggest people think twice before using him.
