Damaged furniture with no accountability

Eezi move was paid over 5 weeks ago to assist me with my relocation requirements. Within this move they were required to assist me to deliver furniture to an alternate address, then to the main location. Quote was changed after the move took place - without informing me, staff were arrogant and rude to a senior citizin. Refusal to assist with the delivery of items quoted for. Items were dumped into one area on top of each other. Items bubble wrapped by Eezi move damaged, not to mention over R10 000.00 damage to house hold items. R1800 00 damage to property that i needed to pay the body corporate due to staff negligence on the day.
5 Weeks later, management have no feedback, no follow through and empty promises to replacements. I have never encountered such an unprofessional service provider in all my years of relocation. I would not suggest anyone make use of this company.

Directors of this business are not available for comment and management has no people skills nor any interest to take accountability.
