Fed up with Caren Chame's poor service

Ever since the day i moved in to one of status marks property, i have regretted it. My problems started when i moved into a flat with no stove, when it had a stove when i viewed it. Then i received a bill of R7211 at the end of the month for an old 1 bedroom flat with no stove. Then i discovered that the water charge was for 3 people when i was living alone. Requesting any form of maintenance was pointless because no one ever gets back to you. I seriously don't know what Caren is getting paid for, because clearly she does not do her job. Its been almost 3 weeks since i moved out of that flat and still awaiting response regarding my deposit. I did everything the agency requires one to do prior to moving, now i have to beg Caren yet again to give me my deposit. I emailed her last week and she didn't respond to my mail, I am fed up and taking action against the agency. All I want is my deposit back, and no excuses from Caren, because; she has the final meter reading, the inspection is done, the landlord has checked the flat, and probably has new tenants, no repairs are needed, so there is no reason as to why i still haven't been paid back. I thought moving would solve my problems
