Flat deposit not returned

I've moved out a month ago and these people refuse to refund my deposit! Lyall was supposed to send me a letter regarding my deposit and two weeks later i'm still waiting for it, after i've called countless times! Lyall, himself did the flat inspection a week after we moved out and said that everything was fine, and that the flat is in a good condition and now they have problem returning my deposit! Our rent was paid up to date..
