I got cheated of my deposit, after which they refereed me to an article on the Sunday Times of What landlord can do with your deposit. Which means what if it was not for that article i was going to get my deposit?

I had stay in one of their apartments paying rent on time deposit and everything they needed from me.
When i sent initial moving in inspection list of broken things they never attended to it, i stayed in that place un fixed it was a dump, when I moved out they used my deposit to fix it up. Saying it's according to that article.
