Bad Service from Bregan Properties

I was renting a flat in hatfield from bregan properties. the first day i was there with the moving truck there was no one to hand over the keys as i discussed with them the previous day... 5 days later i only moved into the flat but before that the landlord opened the flat for me and it was a complete mess there was still alot of damage in the flat that i noted to the landlord and took photos of it on the day. we paid our deposit in full and paid our rent on time every month every time i spoke to the landlord to ask if someone will come and fix these problems that were there when i moved in the 6 months i was living there NO ONE came out!!! end of story is that at the end of my contract when i moved out Bregan Properties took off half my deposit money for the damages that were there before i moved in and complained about the 6 months after that.the inspection list was complete void as they did not even look at that after i send the proof of the inspection list in and the photos i took on the day of moving in!!! bregan properties took my money the worse service i have ever had the landlord had the worse ATTITUDE i have ever delt with!!! this is a disgrace DO NOT RENT FROM BREGAN!
