Out 2 making a quick buck without delivering

I get paid on the 20th and rent is due on the 1st, every month I make sure rent is paid in time. With my agent its always a problem, they receive payment and say they haven't receive it, they keep sending smses saying they r going to charge 150 daily on the outstanding, keeping in mind u've paid rent. This has been going on for 4 months now. This month has been the worst, I went to their office, sat with bradely and bayley enquired about everything, paid my electricity everything, bradely even confirmed my account is upto date. I'm now sitting in the dark, I'm asthmatic can't use my nebuliser, when I phone bayley she says she is in class and can't help me, when I ask for bradelys number she says she can't give it to me. Mind you I do not owe them anything, their lives are continuing. What service is this, I need my lease agreement cancelled. Can not be treated like this, and what I hate I drove to them made sure everyt hing was in order. I phoned them. All these are cost incurred to me not them. I'm sick of apartment box. 4months of nothing but heartache.
