Hifz Curtaining
Rental not paid for 10 Months

One of the directors of Hifz Curtaining whose name is Faizel Ganchi had signed a lease agreement on behalf of Hifz Curtaining to rent premises from me. For the first 5 months of the lease period the rent was paid on time. Thereafter and without good reason, the rent was never paid. It is now 10 months where the rent is outstanding. Every time I make contact with Faizel Ganchi (and this is when he cannot duck and dive) he promises to settle the outstanding rent, only to realise that he is lying and makes false promises. He has also to the appointed attorneys when asked to settle the outstanding rent. Be very careful before you consider doing any transaction with dishonest like these guys.
