Arrogant Agent

I moved into a house in Riebeek Kasteel on the 1st of October 2012 and to say the least not even a pig would have stayed in it, the house was absolutely filthy some of the previous occupants furniture was still in it, which I had to remove myself, the garden was a mess and the swimming pool was green. Before I even moved in I notified the agent (Carrol Adams) that I had 6 dogs and she assured me that it was not a problem as the yard is very big, she did not mention anything to me about me having to get permission from the municipal police to obtain so many dogs, all of a sudden she's been treating me very badly, telling me that if I don't start behaving that she'll cancel my lease, which I know she can't do. She keeps coming up with rediculous amounts of money that she claims I owe her, which is absolute rubbish and she threatens me, sending me childish emails and smses! Also since I've moved in here the only municipal account that she sent me was a month ago for R303 and I went to go pay it they told me that there's an outstanding amount of over R7000 on the account which she never sent to me.
