Failed to reimburse

I applied for a accomodation to the above mentioned company. They approved two people for the room (630), obviously i could not move in because the other person moved in before i did. They refunded my deposit back but did not deposit my admission fee. Their contract states that you get your admission fee back if you don't approved. In this case I did not get the room.
