I had been having a problem with the stove installed in flat 2617, end street. I reported it to the building manager (tomas) who informed me that as sson as they have stock they will replace the stove as the stoves cannot be fixed but needs to be replaced. week later asking for feedback he advised i should document this in the maintanance book (which no one a looks at) this was on the 5th of december 2012.

weeks later of going back an forth i sent a complaint to the customer care and within a day or two received one of those automated email informing me the complaint had been received and will be atended to. Marium Magagula sent me an email to say the manger ordered the stove to be replaced by the end of the following business day. the, maintanance guys came and tried to fix the stove, but only fixed half the problem.

i sent marium and email back informing her that the stove was still giving a problem and 3 emails and 2 phone calls later no one has bothered to have the problem fixed or even give feedback. today its the 5th of february 2013, 2 months later and the simple replacing of a stove hasnst been managed yet.
