On the 3rd February 2014 my husband and I went to see a property advertised on gumtree by Carms Estates. on the 2nd of February. I called her to ask for an appointment, in which she said she just posted the ad and surprised a the quick response. After meeting with the current tenants, we called Carmen immediately to secure the property. I had to sms her to get her attention that evening. She replied later that night to say she will send over the lease agreement the following morning (4th February 2014). I called and messaged Carmen 6 times during the course of the day, during one call I mentioned we would pay the deposit soon as we received paperwork. (4th February 2014) I finally received an the agreement that evening. We queried whether we could sign a two year lease at 08.47 this morning. to which I received a reply " sorry, it's already taken". I spoke to the current tenants and they said no one besides us have viewed the house, which has been on show since Sunday. Which means she probably gave it to friend and didn't even have the Audacity to call and tell me. What is worse, is that she dodged my calls and messages! What disgusting manners
